Some of you may remember Jack and Ennis, the Gay Cowboy Sock Monkeys that Kris made as prizes for her Oscar tipping competition this year. Well, I loved Jack and Ennis (though sadly, I suffered a terrible defeat in the tipping competition), and this semester they were pinned up on my wall at uni to serve as inspiration for a particular project. I was going to make some sock monkeys for that project, but I ran out of time. You’ll see how the inspiration worked out for me in my next post, though. 
Anyway, I sent Kris a little postcard from Jack and Ennis last week, just for a laugh…
