A visit from the gelato truck.

The Gelato Truck tune sounds exactly like magic in this kind of weather. I got lemon, lime and chocolate. It was yummy.

I also scored a few other things today.

9cm! Metal! Zips! 50 cents each! ZOMG! I bought ten. I was tempted to buy more, but kept myself in check. The bottom fabric has a slight stretch was $5 per metre (150cm wide I think) and is a really lovely colour — peachy pink with subtle khaki threads woven in. The middle is a decent sized lycra style scrap that cost me $2, and the top one is a light cotton scrap that cost me $5. All from the It Inc. Alannah Hill/Dangerfield outlet on Brunswick St in Fitzroy. Hooray!

And why am I stocking up on fabrics? I signed up for something else…
