“If there’s something inside that you wanna say…”

the centre of the galaxy

Back at school this week, which is why it’s still a bit silent here on the blog. I’m kind of frustrated with someone in particular, which is causing a bit of stress on my part. Listening to the Beta Band is helping. Finally though, I’ve figured out the story details for my new animation! And I’m very excited! I really love my animation class this year, and am learning a lot. I’ve been trying to figure out how I’m going to do it all year, and I think my constant mulling over it has finally come through. It’ll be a bit of a short space / black hole / whirlpool / storybook drama. I swear I was interested in this before everyone started jumping on the CERN bandwagon (which I am also geeking out over, admittedly.)

I started printing some litho wash backgrounds last week (haven’t printed for a while, and it felt very good). Yesterday I took lots of photos of books, which I’ll solvent transfer over the washes today, and hopefully I’ll be ready to start shooting soon… if the lecturer from my other class doesn’t make my head collapse first.
